Technical Product Manager

UpViral's referral platform was solid but manual, every campaign took real setup time and a fair amount of guesswork. I designed an AI-assisted flow that takes a single website URL, infers the user's product, audience, and brand tone, then auto-generates a working campaign, rewards, forms, templates and all. That cut out most of the manual setup work and drove trial to subscriber conversion up 3x. I also built a support agent that handles most tickets without anyone knowing it's AI, cutting first-response time 60% and manual tickets 45%.

Senior Product Manager

Within Bajaj's super app ecosystem, I owned the Fixed Deposit and Flexi Loan modules end to end, from a customer's first interaction to money actually moving. What used to be a lead handed off to a sales agent became a self-serve journey a customer could complete in under 5 minutes, on both app & web. I led that redesign across UX, eligibility APIs, and compliance flows. User acquisition went up 40%. I also built CRM tools for 500+ sales agents, lifting their engagement 35%.

Before any of this, I co-founded WaferFoods, where I built and sold restaurant POS software, eventually scaling to over 5,000 licenses and an acquisition by a larger player. I also ran 3 cafes alongside it. Different industry, same instinct: build something people actually use.

Evaluating ethical lending

What started as a one-month MBA project turned into an ongoing engagement. The brief: lenders had no good way to evaluate ethical and minority-owned businesses beyond standard credit checks, criteria that often missed what actually made these businesses viable. I designed the evaluation framework and product roadmap, built the dashboard and user flow around it, and set up the backend on Open Banking, including the data migration strategy to get there. What was meant to last a month became four.

Eight years of telling the difference between a feature and a fix.
